I only see the online coupons. What about the in-store coupons. I use to get one for a 20% discount on one item. I like to buy at least one of the big decoration each year like Michael Myers.

So far the only good coupons are online. Which I guess is ok, the online store has A LOT more selection.

I had a very bad experience at the store on dale mabry with one of the clerks-DEREK.
he was very unprofessional & confrontational. He was short tempered & i guess he couldn’t read his own rules. the sign said no more than 3 costumes per person but while we had 1 costume each & three of us trying them on (1 person in the 2 changing rooms & 1 standing outside helping the others zipper up or tie articles of the costumes)
he approached us 3 times with a very nasty tone. i gave him the benefit that he may have had a bad week or day but by the fourth time of him just riding our asses he got himself a mouthful of words. who did he think he was speaking to grown adults that way.
My teenagers are very timid & know better than to act a fool in public so i guarentee you they were on their best behaviors if i was going to spend well over a hundred dollars on each of their costumes. i think he was needing a fix of something.
well in the end we went to another store down the road & they were very pleasant and helpful. that became money well spent elsewhere!

Good for you! There is nothing more effective than voting with your feet. This is what the free market is all about. If you don’t like dealing with a company – go to their competitors.

Good for you Gessie! I’ve personally always had plesant experiences at Spirit, and I hope you do try them again, but that is ridiculous of Derke! I’ve worked in retail, and currently work in hospitality, and sometimes you do have a rough day, but that’s NO EXCUSE for poor customer services or salesmanship! I hope you said something to his manager!

I also have been to the store Off Dale Mabry and there was a line a mile long at the dressing room, if they allow people to try on more then 3 costumes, it makes everyone else wait to try on just one, there is no reason to try on 10 costumes, I agree that 3 costumes is more then enough, I think people forget its halloween and its a costume it is only supposed to be worn 1 time, its not clothing. Don’t be the person trying on 10 costumes the associates might say something but everyone else in line is waiting to try on also, be respectful and try on only what you might buy, don’t just try everything on because you think its cute!!
