I grew up and live in Lake City. On a fishing trip with my dad on the lake, on a calm day i might add, something big hit the bottom of the boat causing us to rock wildy from side to side. I'm sure that dude knows his money is safe. This lake looks similar to loch ness in scotland, long and narrow. I think there may be an illusion caused by these features when conditions are right which make it look like there is a creature in the water, probably something to do with currents in calm water and the mountains in the background.
