The Borden Family was a normal American family living in Massachusetts until one day something tragic happened. There was a series of murders at the Borden house that to this day no one know for sure who committed. Mr. and Mrs. Borden’s daughter was not home at the time of the murders. Her alibi is that she was in the barn. Yet, many suppose that she could in fact be responsible for the murders of her parents. And, many actually speculate that Lizzie planned these murders with her sister Bridget.

However, there are others who have conducted research and seem to think that Emma Borden is responsible, not Lizzie. Apparently, Emma’s alibi was also suspicious. Yet, despite both having suspicious alibis, there is not enough evidence to suggest for sure that either of them committed the murders against their parents.

For this reason, many people wonder whether the Borden household was haunted. It might be possible given the fact that after all this time, no evidence has been brought forth to convict a murderer. As of right now, this answer seems to make the most sense. It explains the random circumstances that led to the murders during that time. Although we may never know for sure, for now, this is a good explanation.
