To make the bumblebee costume you’ll need yellow and black material, yellow and black paint, and a motorcycle helmet, as well as cardboard and a pattern. Most of the costume is going to be yellow, and you can find the majority of what you need at thrift stores and retail chain stores, so you won’t have to pay a lot of money for the costume.

The biggest problem with making the costume is it actually requires some skill. You can get patterns in a lot of places to make this costume, and you can find instructions that aren’t that hard to follow. Just remember to take your time and it’ll turn out great.
