Scary Places to Visit in Michigan

Michigan is one of the best states to live in or visit if you are interested in scary attractions to visit for Halloween. Erebus is in the Guinness Book of World Records, as the largest walk through haunted house. This huge house offers a bloody mass of monsters, dinosaurs and mutant creatures.
The famous charitable Detroit’s Urban Legends is filled with freaky stuff created by volunteers. Another scary Detroit place is Deadly Intentions which offers 6,500 square feet of bloody hallways, crazy clowns, and prisoners in chains.
Now Michigan also boasts the home of one of the most unique concepts around with the Haunted Farm of Terror. Not just the usual hayride here. The story is the farm was bought by an undertaker that was also a pig farmer. He needed help with the farm so he started using pig parts to conjure up helpers for the farm. Mutant pig farmers…and no one has made this movie yet? In addition, Michigan offers the Haunted Fountains, Night Terrors, The Lab or Haunted Hill Acres that is more family friendly.
Well, as you know Halloween is not just for teens, it can be a family event for all ages a great place for families in Michigan is the Plymouth Orchards and Cider Mills. They have numerous activities that can keep anyone entertained. These activities includes a petting farm, hay rides cider, pumpkin craving, and story telling, or you can visit their store which contains a variety of products such as jellies, jams, honey, spices, and other specialty food made in Michigan. There is also the possibility of purchasing homemade pies or cider to enjoy outdoor or in an indoor lounge. On specific days live music is played by local artists.
