Most of us remember the Superhero Spiderman. He jumped around sticking on everything like spiders tend to do.

The current costume is a thick dark, deep blue spandex with a nice sheen to it. The web lines are thin, black, and raised slightly.

The mask is made of four pieces, the eyes are fabric, with decent visibility.
There are thin soles on the bottom of the shoes. There’s finally a logo on the back - it’s a little bit more stylized than the original back logo, but that’s ok.

The costume is in two pieces - the body and the mask. The body zips nicely, and hides under a flap between the red and blue of the back of the shoulders.

The Mask originated as a comic book series. It was later adapted into the 1994 film by the same name starring Jim Carrey. The story initially revolves around a magical mask which gives anyone who places it on their face nearly limitless power and an altered appearance, characterized by a large set of teeth and green head. The mask affects the personality of the wearer by removing all social inhibitions. The capabilities of the Mask are entirely dependent upon its wearer.

Once the film became an animated television show, the character was depicted more as a mischievous superhero.

You’ll need a lot of pieces to make this costume. A fedora hat, a zoot suit or swallowtail coat or tuxedo-style pleated pants, tie and a shoe with a Cuban heel. Mostly all in pale yellow, with lots of green makeup and a bald wig.

This costume is all about being Goth. It’s perfect for super heroes/super villain party and is based on an outfit from “A Last Time for Everything” from the original Aeon Flux video.

Aeon is a double agent. She’s a confident trickster with her own agenda. The costume doesn’t need to be liquid latex or vinyl. It could be black crushed velvet.

Boots are the key to the allusion of height and length. Even if you are 6 ft. get yourself some platform stilettos. If you go the more revealing costume route, you might want to get a fishnet body suit with full arms and wear gloves and neck choker. And don’t forget a good laser gun.

Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulet were two young lovers of Verona in medieval times, that inspired William Shakespeare to write one of the most enduring love stories of all time.

Romeo and Juliet’s families were bitter rivals and sworn enemies but in spite of it all, they managed to fall in love which sparked even more of a war between the two clans. Although they tried to marry in secret, tragic circumstances led to the suicide deaths of the two young lovers.

Romeo’s outfit includes panne’ shirt with gold accents, knicker pants, and a cap with feather accent. Stockings not included. Our Juliet costume includes a green velvet gown with lace-up bodice, purple flowing inset, gold trim drape sleeves, gold armbands, matching sleevelets, gold choker, and a green Juliet cap with purple veil. Makeup and shoes are not included.

There aren’t many boys have not wished at one time or another to be a pirate. There are probably a lot of girls that have too, for that matter.

With the recent success of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies, pirates may just be making a comeback. With lots of options to choose from, this can be a fun theme to work with for a costume party or Halloween. There is the classic pirate look with tight pants, loose shirts, wide belts, boots, eye patch and of course the hook for a hand.

It is fairly safe to say you can begin adding to that look and people will still recognize you. For example you could add a parrot on your shoulder or a leather bag or pouch on your waistband filled with gold coins.

If you are going to a party and you are taking a date, really authenticate your look by having your date dress like a sexy pirate wench with a flowing skirt and loose white shirt with a tight, buttoned vest and the tallest, thigh high tie-up boots you can find.
